In-Taek Yoo, the president of Seoul Arts Center, took his office on March 22nd 2019. Mr. Yoo is well known as a prominent producer of many successful theater plays, dances, musicals and movies and also as a CEO of Dongyang Arts Center. He conceived and opened a Chinese movie theater inside Dongyang Arts Center for the first time in Korea and contributed to enhancing mutual understanding between both countries.

Previously, Mr. Yoo had successfully lead Seoul Metropolitan Musical Theater as a general director from 2012 - 2014. Earlier in his career he had raised funds and invested in making new productions of performances and movies. He had won several awards, including the Dae Jong Film Awards in 1962, the Korean Culture and Arts Awards in 2007, and the Max Movie Awards in 2008.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Master’s degree of Arts Management. He did a research and taught students at Dongyang University and Kunjang University.
