MBA, serves as CEO of Foundation Eesti Kontsert since February 2019, and has worked in Foundation Eesti Kontsert as Development Director since 2010. She serves as the contact person between board and council and Ministry of Culture of Estonia.

She has been General Manager of Saaremaa Opera Festival since 2013. Her key responsibilities include: strategic planning for the future and budget management, developing annual and developing plans; being responsible for the advertising service in the company, developing new services, budgeting them, making in-house and out-house marketing for the services; projects management; being responsible for the negotiations with the main guest theatres for the festival; analysing everyday sales, sales estimations and communicating with sales and marketing team; team leading and management, managing the team to achieve the revenue and profit and PR-targets; reporting the sales situations and suggestions for the board members.
