She was born in the Province of Buenos Aires in 1959. She is a historian and a professor in the postgraduate course in Arts and Entertainment Management of the Faculty of Economic Sciences (UBA).
She also serves as the President of Ópera Latinoamericana and is co-creator of the Network of Cultural Centers of America and Europe (CCAE) and the Interlocal Network of Ibero-American Culture.
She entered the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires in 1984 in the Historical Archive of the City. Since 1996 she coordinates the Cultural Cooperation and Training Program of the Ministry of Culture of the GCBA and represents the City of Buenos Aires in cultural, regional and international networks. She was General Director of the San Martín Cultural Center from 1999 to 2000, General Director of Cultural Promotion of the City of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2002, General Director of the San Martín Cultural Center from 2002 to 2011 and Undersecretary of Cultural Heritage of the City of Buenos Aires from 2011 to 2015.
She was part of the group of international experts who prepared the Strategic Plan for Culture of the City of Medellin (Colombia) 2010-2020. She was invited by the OEI (Organization of Ibero-American States) to promote the creation of the Patrimonial Cities Network of Ecuador.
